These terms govern participation in Grayhawk Remodeling's SMS/MMS messaging program. They apply only to text communications and do not replace a separate estimate, proposal, contract, or work authorization.

1. Messaging Program

Grayhawk Remodeling may send text messages about the services or communications you have requested or agreed to receive. Depending on your consent, messages may include:

Responses to inquiries, consultation requests, and estimate requests.
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates for consultations, measurements, and installations.
Project updates, including permit, inspection, and installation notifications.
Promotional offers, seasonal and storm-season information, and marketing updates, if you have opted in to marketing texts.

We send only the message types your consent covers. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on a contact or consultation request form on our website, including https://grayhawkremodeling.com/contact.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting an inquiry, providing a phone number, or purchasing services does not, by itself, enroll you in SMS marketing. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing services or requesting an estimate.

By opting in, you authorize Grayhawk Remodeling to send the messages described at the point of consent to the mobile number you provide. You must be the subscriber or an authorized user of that number. Your consent applies to Grayhawk Remodeling only and does not authorize unrelated businesses to send you marketing messages.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, projects, and the messaging program you select.

Message and data rates may apply. Grayhawk Remodeling does not charge a separate subscription fee for this messaging program. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages or for using data. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You can also contact us directly with a clear request to stop messages. We honor applicable consent-revocation requests.

We may send one final text confirming your unsubscribe request. After you opt out, you will not receive further messages from the program unless you provide new consent.

Unsubscribing from text messages does not cancel a consultation, appointment, contract, or payment obligation. Contact us directly if you need to change or cancel an appointment or project.

We may disclose limited information to providers that help operate and deliver the messaging program, solely as needed to provide those services, or when required by law. This does not authorize providers to use your mobile information or consent for their own marketing.

7. Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network availability, and device compatibility. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Do not rely on the SMS program for immediate assistance. For urgent questions about your project or warranty service, call us directly. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

8. Changes to Your Phone Number

If you change, transfer, or discontinue the mobile number enrolled in the program, notify us so we can update or remove it. A new number requires its own consent before it can be enrolled.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and publish the revised version with a new date. A change to these terms does not create consent, enroll you in a new messaging program, or expand your existing consent. We will obtain additional consent where required.
