Had my hurricane windows installed with Greyhawk and they were very professional. The staff and contractors were a pleasure to work with. The contractor took their time and cleaned up very nicely and worked hard. I highly recommend them for any household renovations!

Grayhawk did a major, multi-room renovation of our home this year, and we are over-the-moon happy with their work and the outcome. Their customer reps, project managers and all of the sub-contractors are amazingly skilled and effective. The thing we value most at the end of the day about how Grayhawk operates is that they established the framework of our project in our contract, but let the on-site project manager work with us iteratively and collaboratively to work all the details as we went along. So many of the things I love most about my house and the project were never detailed in writing at the beginning. Some of our best ideas came two months into the project. Another extraordinary trait of Grayhawk's team is the exceptional degree to which they kept our home cleaned up and organized, even in the height of the demolition. From our new fireplace and surround, our custom bar, new giant picture window, new guest room, reimagined laundry room, and fabulous new kitchen, we are just so thrilled. You will love working with Grayhawk and you will love their superb work.

I have hired Greyhawk not once but 3 times for major renovations! We hired Greyhawk to replace our windows 10 years ago and we have not had 1 complaint since. All of our windows look like they were just installed. It made a huge difference in the indoor climate as well as almost eliminating all outside noise. We contacted Alex Shely again to replace 5 large patio windows and rebuild termite damaged framing. The crews were always on time, professional and always cleaned up. A project manager kept is in the loop throughout each project. I have worked with a lot of contractors but Greyhawk has stood out as the easiest and most stress-free company to do business with.

I have been using Grayhawk Windows and Doors in Florida forever. Todd is an upstanding owner with integrity! Today I had yet another wonderful experience with two employees that came out to replace my sliding doors. These gentleman Eduardo and Robert were professional, knowledgeable and clean. I watched over them throughout the whole job and they explained everything without hesitation and were meticulously thorough and perfect! If I could have given a 10 star I would have bc I flew out for this job and they eased all my stress. Thank you Eduardo and Robert and so grateful for Grayhawk!

After our waterfront condo was hit by a hurricane last year, Gray Hawk handled the full renovation from start to finish. Their communication was outstanding, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Grayhawk installed new PGT impact resistant windows and a door. They are one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. Starting with excellent response time and communication and ending with great follow-up and a quality installation. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Will definitely be using Grayhawk for future projects.

The crew at Grayhawk were terrific to work with! We upgraded two sets of sliding doors to hurricane resistant, and from the initial meetings to go over the product options and benefits with Troy, to the pre-construction measuring by Todd, the on-site project management by Joe, and the final door service check by Irizaydee, the process was smooth. Communications were timely and responsive. Our condo was cleaned thoroughly after the project and the crew turned off the water, as I had asked. Our living room door needed a small adjustment to the lock, and both Joe and Irizaydee responded right away and came to complete the adjustment. Doors are beautiful and work great!

The new windows made a noticeI had a sliding door and bay window replaced and was worried as it was old construction and needed skilled carpenter adjusting. Can't say enough about Mike and his assistants. True craftsmen and the end result looks fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout the project and I would highly recommend their work.able difference right away. Installation was clean and efficient, and the team walked us through everything before they left.

This was the second project we had Grayhawk execute… They reconstructed our master bathroom and their team was incredible. Ed and Eddie didn't miss a beat throughout the entire project which took roughly 11 weeks to complete. Eddie kept us up to date on items daily and we were never met with surprises. Their use of the BuilderTrend app made progress extremely visible. We would highly recommend Grayhawk for any project and we are already trying to figure out what we want them to help with next!

Grayhawk was recommended to me by a designer on Longboat Key. They did the design for my entire condo renovation. Todd is an extremely knowledgeable contractor, and was also very helpful making recommendations that would achieve the functionality we were looking for, as well as the aesthetics for re-routing our hvac ductwork so we could raise our ceiling, as well as coming up with great cabinet designs for our new kitchen.

Todd and his team are extremely easy to work with and very responsive, which cannot be said about many contractors in the area. He also has a showroom with extensive resources for tile, flooring, cabinets (standard and custom) and interior wood decor. Besides being detail oriented, Grayhawk provided a thorough "this is the price" estimate that was reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for consideration in your renovation project.
