Yes. Grayhawk holds Florida CGC, CBC and CCC licenses and pulls permits in both counties every week. We will send license and insurance certificates before you schedule.
We do. The permit is pulled in Grayhawk’s name, we schedule the county inspection, and we are there to meet the inspector. You never coordinate it.
Compare who actually installs the work, whether the permit is pulled in the company name, what the labor warranty covers, and how long the company has been at the same address. Price by itself hides all four.
Usually a lower grade frame or glass package, a subcontracted install, or a warranty that covers the product but not the labor. Our written quote spells out all three so you can compare fairly.
Most homes are installed in one to three days once the windows arrive. Permitting and product lead time happen before that, and we give you both dates in writing when you sign.
